You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charge within 14 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting the main store by phone or email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. Also we will give you the address to post the goods back to, depending on the items ordered they may be sent direct to the manufacturer and NOT us.

If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
